About the Role:
The Business Development Specialist supports the Business Development team in executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth and expanding market presence. This role involves coordinating business development activities and contributing to the creation of proposals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and process improvements. Use data analysis to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Perform in-depth research to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Assist the Sales Team in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives. Contribute insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market trends.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing sales data, preparing reports, attending meetings & taking minutes, and tracking sales performance metrics.
Oversee and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that sales activities are well-coordinated and aligned with overall sales strategies and company standards.
Address and resolve any sales-related issues or challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the sales process and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, supply chain) to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
Prepare quotations & tender documents
Working on the CRM System, Intranet System, and ERP-Oracle System.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Professional Certificates:
Language proficiency: English.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
