e are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced-level expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and audience growth, along with strong creative thinking and solid graphic design capabilities. This role is suited for a candidate who understands how to build brands digitally, not just manage accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute advanced social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and reach across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver high-impact, creative content including reels, campaigns, visual storytelling, and platform-specific formats
- Develop and manage content strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
- Analyze platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior to continuously optimize performance
- Track, interpret, and report on social media analytics and KPIs, providing actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong, consistent, and creative brand messaging
- Support and contribute creatively to wider marketing initiatives and campaigns
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive, hands-on experience managing business social media accounts at an advanced level
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and original content, not just execute briefs
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, content formats, and best practices
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and visually
- Solid graphic design skills using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and managing content strategies and editorial calendars
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement
- Experience with advanced analytics, insights, and performance optimization
- Marketing, communications, or related educational background is an advantage
