e are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced-level expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and audience growth, along with strong creative thinking and solid graphic design capabilities. This role is suited for a candidate who understands how to build brands digitally, not just manage accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute advanced social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and reach across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Conceptualize, create, and deliver high-impact, creative content including reels, campaigns, visual storytelling, and platform-specific formats
  • Develop and manage content strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
  • Analyze platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior to continuously optimize performance
  • Track, interpret, and report on social media analytics and KPIs, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong, consistent, and creative brand messaging
  • Support and contribute creatively to wider marketing initiatives and campaigns

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive, hands-on experience managing business social media accounts at an advanced level
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts and original content, not just execute briefs
  • In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, content formats, and best practices
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and visually
  • Solid graphic design skills using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing content strategies and editorial calendars
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement
  • Experience with advanced analytics, insights, and performance optimization
  • Marketing, communications, or related educational background is an advantage
