Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver advanced GIS analysis, spatial modeling, and high-quality cartographic outputs.

Develop, publish, and manage Web GIS solutions using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Create and maintain web maps, dashboards, and Experience Builder applications to support operational and decision-making needs.

Manage enterprise GIS environments, including feature services, map services, users, roles, and permissions.

Design, deploy, and manage field data collection workflows using tools such as Survey123 and Field Maps.

Integrate field-collected data into enterprise geodatabases and ensure data quality and validation.

Automate GIS workflows and data processing using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python).

Create and manage spatial databases, enterprise geodatabases, and SQL-based environments.

Perform remote sensing and raster analysis, including image classification and satellite imagery processing.

Work with satellite data sources such as Sentinel and Landsat, and tools like ArcGIS Image Analyst, ENVI, or ERDAS.

Support BIM–GIS integration and data interoperability using FME.

Translate engineering and urban planning requirements into effective GIS solutions.

Prepare clear documentation and provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or urban planning (mandatory).

Postgraduate qualification in GIS or Geomatics (required).

10–15 years of professional experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Strong hands-on experience with Esri platforms, including:

ArcGIS Pro

ArcGIS Online

ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Data Store)

Expert-level proficiency in:

Spatial analysis and geoprocessing

Coordinate systems, projections, and data quality assurance

Spatial data editing, validation, and integration

Strong experience in Web GIS, dashboards, and enterprise GIS environments.

Experience in survey design and field data collection systems.

Intermediate programming skills in Python for GIS automation.

Solid knowledge of spatial databases, enterprise geodatabases, and SQL environments.

Experience in remote sensing and raster data analysis.

Hands-on experience with BIM–GIS integration and FME.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and lead GIS activities within multidisciplinary teams.
