Your responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on visa requirements and travel documentation

• Reviewing and organizing visa applications and supporting documents

• Booking appointments and handling embassy-related follow-ups

• Communicating with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp

• Offering exceptional customer service and problem-solving

• Staying updated on changing visa regulations and embassy policies

• Coordinating with internal teams for bundled services (e.g., insurance, travel plans)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a visa consultant or handling visa requests is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in travel management a plus
• Knowledge of business travel processes
• Ability to handle travel arrangements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
