We are expanding and looking for a Sales Specialist who understands luxury retail and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role based on-site in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include showcasing furniture products, assisting with purchase decisions, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to enhance skills and maintain product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with furniture design and customization services is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, though not mandatory.
