We're seeking talents to support our rapid growth in Medical devices , a professional skilled and persuasion talents for Indoor Sales , via phone, WhatsApp, and social media .
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
• Conducting daily calls to doctors and hospitals to boost sales growth and close deals
• Delivering promotional offers for medical products via mobile, WhatsApp, email, and social media to achieve target.
• Following up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to close deals and achieve up-selling.
• Generate leads through direct customer engagement .
• Execute the sales plan to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
• Present product features, benefits, and terms clearly to targeted customer.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience sales (preferable medical devices sales).
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales processes.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication in Arabic and English, with strong persuasion skills.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Office & Social Media.
• Cairo residents ("On-site work at our Mokattam headquarters" – 8 hours daily, one day off per week).
