The role is heavily focused on as-built verification and producing LOD 400 & LOD 500 models and deliverables suitable for final handover and client closeout. The right candidate must be strong in Revit modelling, coordination, clash resolution, documentation control, and site coordination. ???? Key Responsibilities:Handover & As-Built BIM (Core Focus): • Develop and update as-built BIM models based on verified site conditions and redlines. • Produce LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM outputs for handover (models + required documentation packages). • Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project standards and closeout requirements. • Maintain strong revision control and ensure the BIM data is “handover-ready” for client/consultant acceptance.BIM Modeling & Deliverables: • Create and update 3D parametric models and coordinated 2D drawings using Revit with the required LOI/LOD. • Model fit-out architectural scope (joinery, cabinetry, fixtures, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, where applicable). • Extract accurate material take-offs/quantities from BIM models. • Support design reviews using 3D views / visualizations when required.Coordination & Platforms: • Perform clash detection/coordination and support constructability reviews using Navisworks. • Upload, update, and manage models/drawings on Autodesk BIM 360 (and support document workflows on Aconex if used). • Coordinate with site team for missing information, validations, and fast closure of BIM-related issues.Team Support: • Support and guide junior team members/draftsmen on Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360 workflows when needed. ???? Qualifications & Requirements:Experience & Education: • 5+ years in BIM roles (Architectural/fit-out experience is a must). • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering (or relevant).Technical Skills: • Strong in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD. • Solid knowledge of LOD / LOI, model standards, coordinated drawings, and quantity extraction. • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight handover deadlines.Behavioral: • Proactive, organised, and able to coordinate across stakeholders (site, PM, consultants). • Clear communication and strong ownership of deliverables. ????
