Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and willingness to work on-site in Minya.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and drawings.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical, contractual, and site issues.

Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and cash flow.

Ensure implementation of quality control and HSE standards on site.

Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Support claims, variations, and contractual correspondence when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering civil

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction projects, with proven Project Management experience.

Strong background in managing site execution and multidisciplinary teams.

Good knowledge of contracts, project controls, and construction methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.

Must be willing and able to work on-site at Minya project location.
