We are hiring a Leasing Specialist to join our team!

The role is based in Riyadh (Head Office) and supports retail leasing for Karam Mall, located in Al Majma’ah.

The position requires fieldwork and regular site visits, and candidates must be willing to travel/relocate as needed.

 Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field

Experience in Leasing, Business Development (expansion/branch openings), Marketing, or Sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools

English proficiency (Intermediate or above)

Valid driving license
