Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The role involves managing travel bookings, organizing itineraries, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. Tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing travel consultations, processing tickets or visas, and ensuring prompt resolutions to client concerns. Collaboration with internal teams as well as external vendors is key to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored travel experiences.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum +1 year of experience in the travel industry

✔ Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo )

✔ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
