Responsibilities:
- Research current industry trends and remain on the cutting edge of visual design and merchandising
- Participate in meetings with other departments within the store to determine areas to be addressed and improved upon
- Account for the company's message and vision and creative incorporate them into visual design
- Create attractive concepts to be used in-store signage and on social media platforms
- Prepare visual guides instructing retail branches throughout the country how to appropriately build out and design visual merchandising areas of the store
- Communicate with marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays
- Monitor and account for the time and manpower required to build and stock store displays and communicate this information with management
- Design marketing strategies to announce promotions, sales and coming special events within the store
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and effectively convey visual merchandising concepts.
- Experience in retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising at least 3 Years, understanding store layout and customer behavior.
- Customer service and sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize revenue through merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in creating compelling window displays and product presentations to align with brand identity and attract customers.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity to deliver high-quality visuals that align with the brand’s identity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in a fashion retail setting and familiarity with menswear trends is a plus.
- Degree or certification in visual merchandising, fashion design, or a related field is advantageous.
