Job Title: Sales Logistics Specialist
We are looking for a Sales Logistics Specialist in Egypt with 2–3 years of experience to join our vehicle import/export team. This role combines elements of both sales coordination and logistics operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for our clients.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Very good / excellent English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Familiarity with vehicle import/export processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics (Ro-Ro, containers, ETD/ETA tracking).
- Good understanding of trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve issues proactively.
Job Description:
As a Sales Logistics Specialist, you will manage the full cycle from customer inquiry to final vehicle delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and following up on leads with a professional sales approach.
- Coordinating quotations, RFQs, and order confirmations with suppliers and partners.
- Supporting shipment coordination and providing accurate ETA updates to customers.
- Preparing and following up on trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO).
- Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearance agents.
- Ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and external partners.
- Maintaining organized records and internal tracking sheets.
- Identifying issues early and resolving or escalating them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
