Job Title: Sales Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Logistics Specialist in Egypt with 2–3 years of experience to join our vehicle import/export team. This role combines elements of both sales coordination and logistics operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for our clients.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Very good / excellent English (written & spoken).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle import/export processes is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics (Ro-Ro, containers, ETD/ETA tracking).
• Good understanding of trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and solve issues proactively.

Job Description:

As a Sales Logistics Specialist, you will manage the full cycle from customer inquiry to final vehicle delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries and following up on leads with a professional sales approach.
• Coordinating quotations, RFQs, and order confirmations with suppliers and partners.
• Supporting shipment coordination and providing accurate ETA updates to customers.
• Preparing and following up on trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO).
• Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearance agents.
• Ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and external partners.
• Maintaining organized records and internal tracking sheets.
• Identifying issues early and resolving or escalating them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
