Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in New Cairo. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily operations, manage the store team, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee the implementation of company standards for a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include inventory control, maintaining store appearance, supervising staff, assisting with sales goals, and supporting loss prevention efforts to maintain a secure and efficient environment. The role requires collaborating with higher management to improve operations and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• University graduate is required
• Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficient in Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Experience in Store Management and Retail operations, including managing staff and achieving sales targets.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in entertainment or retail management is a plus.
