• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve optimal hiring results.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle efficiently and strategically.
• Execute mass hiring strategies to meet fast-growing organizational needs.
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare performance reports to enhance hiring quality.
  

Are You the Right Fit? (Requirements):

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record in mass hiring.
• Mandatory experience in the education sector (schools / academies).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
