Nutrition Hub, a specialized manufacturing facility under Egyptian Company for Cosmetics (ECC), located in the Industrial Zone of Gamasa, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated R&D Supervisor to join our growing team.

🔬 Position Overview

The R&D Supervisor will lead research and development activities for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical (food supplement) products, ensuring innovation, compliance, and high-quality product development aligned with industry standards.

✅ Requirements

Proven experience in pharmaceutical factories or nutraceutical/food supplement manufacturing facilities

Strong background in formulation development and product improvement

Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements

Leadership and team supervision experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or relevant field
