Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Supervisor (Mall Operations).

What will you do?

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by tenants, staff, and guests.
• Handle guest/tenant complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding sales report, rent collection, and any contract-related matters.
• Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any operations concerns and take appropriate actions.
• Prepare reports and updates on the mall's operations, including financial and operational performance, for management review.
• Responsible for permissions update based on the feedback received from finance and other functions.
• Manage office administrative tasks and office boy.

What will you need?

• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or mall industry.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Management Information Systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Property Management, maintenance, and lease agreement.
• Familiarity with fire and Safety regulations and risk Management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
