About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Lead Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud and headless architecture to lead the design and delivery of scalable digital experience platforms. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, and the ability to guide teams in building modern, composable, cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Sitecore XM Cloud solutions.
Define development standards, governance, and best practices.
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
XM Cloud & Headless Development
Build and customize components, templates, layouts, and rendering variants.
Develop headless frontends using Next.js, React, and GraphQL.
Implement personalization, workflows, and structured content models.
Integration & Composable DXP
Integrate XM Cloud with enterprise systems, APIs, CDPs, and third-party services.
Work with Sitecore Search, Personalize, Content Hub, and Experience Edge.
Design secure and scalable integration patterns.
DevOps & Cloud Delivery
Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
Manage Sitecore CLI, serialization, and Git-based development processes.
Optimize performance, caching strategies, and edge delivery.
Governance & Security
Define access roles, content governance, and workflow structures.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and environment governance.
Collaboration
Work closely with UX teams, content authors, architects, and stakeholders.
Support technical planning, estimations, and solution design.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Sitecore development experience.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless architecture.
Strong expertise in:
Next.js, React, GraphQL
Sitecore Headless Services and JSS
Sitecore CLI and serialization
REST APIs and integrations
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Solid understanding of composable DXP architecture and modern DevOps practices.
