Role Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production losses.
• Support production teams by ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems and new production lines.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with electrical and automation teams for integrated problem-solving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
• Train technicians and support staff on proper operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or food/beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS preferred).
• Good understanding of utilities: HVAC, compressors, boilers, chillers, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
