Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead. In this role, you will oversee software development projects, manage a team of developers, and contribute to hands-on coding and implementation. You will design and deliver scalable back-end solutions, ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, such as algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and creating scalable, efficient systems
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and advanced Programming skills
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern design patterns
• Skilled in leading software engineering teams, mentoring developers, and managing workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
