 Role Description


 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth & Retention Lead located in Qesm El Maadi. The Growth & Retention Lead will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, managing and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, and coordinating with various teams to execute growth-focused projects. The role also entails overseeing customer relationship efforts, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and implementing innovative growth and retention initiatives to achieve company goals.



 Qualifications


 

Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights and inform strategies

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders

Experience in growth hacking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention

Background in sales and project management to coordinate and execute initiatives

Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
