Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead staff recruitment and training, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing inventory, addressing customer needs, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality guest experience
- Proficiency in Hiring and team management practices to build and lead a motivated workforce
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with staff, suppliers, and customers
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage services to maintain quality and efficiency
- Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive performance
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
