Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future workforce needs. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, managing the full recruitment cycle, and delivering a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s culture and goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews
  • Coordinate technical and final interviews
  • Maintain and update the talent pipeline and candidate database
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Prepare job offers and support negotiations within approved budgets
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, attrition impact)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and career events
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor law



Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills
  • Experience using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
