Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Controller in the Finance department, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing all aspects of cost control, including preparing cost reports, maintaining cost accounting systems, and assisting in budgeting processes. Key responsibilities include identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing insights to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting principles and practices
• Highly developed Analytical Skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in relevant accounting and financial software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in retail or food & beverage sectors is a plus
