Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Real Estate, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Director of Real Estate will oversee the end-to-end management of the company's real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, property management, and lease administration. Responsibilities include financial analysis, identifying growth opportunities, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Director of Real Estate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the portfolio's performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience in managing Leases and ensuring compliance with legal aspects
• Proven capabilities in Property Management
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant property management and financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the MENA real estate and financial markets is a plus
