Job Description

Town Gate is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full-cycle execution of large-scale residential construction projects in the New Capital.

The role requires proven experience in residential project management, construction execution, site leadership, budget control, contractor management, and full project delivery from start to handover.

This position is intended for professionals with a strong track record in managing multidisciplinary teams across civil, finishing, and MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle (planning to handover)
• Oversee civil, finishing, and MEP execution
• Control project timelines, cost, and quality standards
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications
• Resolve technical and operational challenges
• Report project progress and financial status to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 20 years of proven experience in construction project management
• Strong experience in residential or large-scale compound developments
• Demonstrated record of delivering full residential projects
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and risk management skills
• Ability to operate between site (New Capital) and head office (New Cairo)

Preferred Background

• Experience managing projects exceeding 200+ residential units
• Experience in contractor-side project management

تعلن شركة Town Gate عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير مشروع بخبرة قوية لقيادة وتنفيذ مشروعات سكنية كبرى بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.

الوظيفة تتطلب خبرة مثبتة في:

• إدارة المشروعات السكنية
• قيادة التنفيذ بالموقع
• إدارة المقاولين
• ضبط التكاليف والجداول الزمنية
• تسليم المشروع كاملًا حتى مرحلة التسليم النهائي

المهام

• إدارة المشروع بالكامل من التخطيط وحتى التسليم
• الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات وMEP
• متابعة الميزانيات والتكاليف
• إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين والاستشاريين
• رفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا

المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية (يفضل)
• خبرة لا تقل عن 20 سنة في إدارة مشروعات إنشائية
• خبرة مثبتة في مشروعات سكنية كبرى أو كمباوندات
• مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية
