Trendlix is hiring, Senior Account Manager. Fulltime, On – site (Heliopolis) 

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple client accounts (including some based in the Gulf area).

Handle both digital and offline marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Create and review content plans and ensure brand consistency.

Understand and monitor ads performance and analytics reports.

Collaborate with the creative team to deliver fresh, creative ideas and strategies.

Prepare campaign presentations and reports for clients.

Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered with high quality.

Take initiative and responsibility for the overall uplift and growth of the accounts.

Demonstrate dedication, accountability, and problem-solving skills in all tasks.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in account management is a MUST (agency background).

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and advertising tools.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English.

Passionate, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
