Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, assisting with sales initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks will involve crafting marketing plans, creating customer engagement strategies, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, assess opportunities, and execute strategic campaigns
• Experience in Sales and Marketing coordination to support campaign goals and drive business growth
• Proven ability to analyze data and measure the success of marketing efforts
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing practices
• Creative and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in marketing or related fields is highly advantageous
