We are looking for an excellent Operations & Marketing Assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting both operational workflows and marketing execution. You should be someone who:
Takes initiative without needing constant direction Is highly organized and reliable with follow-through Communicates clearly and professionally Enjoys solving problems and improving processes Can manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operational workflows and coordination Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives Organize tasks, timelines, and internal documentation Help manage CRM, project tracking tools, and reports Coordinate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Click Up, or similar) Familiarity with CRM systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of marketing workflows or social media coordination Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Experience supporting startups or small teams Basic analytics or reporting experience Experience coordinating remote teams
This is a part-time role, starts with a 2 weeks probation period.
