Job Purpose

To design and execute a high-impact growth strategy for a financial network product by identifying, engaging, and onboarding established MLM professionals and existing network structures. The role focuses on rapid market penetration through leveraged networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a network expansion strategy tailored to financial products (investment, trading, fintech, or hybrid models).
• Identify existing MLM structures, leaders, and independent network groups aligned with the product offering.
• Recruit top-performing network marketing professionals, and team leaders.
• Design compensation, incentive, and migration frameworks to attract entire downlines or sub-networks.
• Analyze competitor MLM models and benchmark best-performing structures.
• Lead negotiations with network leaders regarding onboarding terms, exclusivity, and growth targets.
• Provide strategic onboarding support to migrated networks to ensure early activation and retention
