Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Technologies to design and deliver high-quality, enterprise-focused technical training programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft technologies and certifications, along with proven experience in instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and practical lab-based learning. This is a work-from-home role with opportunities for international travel based on business and client requirements. The role requires flexibility to work across global time zones and deliver training aligned with international client schedules.

Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training on Microsoft technologies for corporate and enterprise clients across global locations. Conduct live demonstrations, hands-on labs, and real-world use-case-based sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Customize training content, labs, and delivery approaches based on client requirements, industry use cases, and participant skill levels. Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct on-site classroom training at client locations. Design and deliver structured learning paths aligned with Microsoft certification objectives and enterprise needs. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, tools, and industry best practices to keep training content current and relevant.
Technical Skills Required Strong expertise in one or more of the following Microsoft technologies:Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or equivalent) Microsoft 365 / Office 365Windows Server & Active Directory Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) SQL Server Share Point, Intune, Security & Compliance
Required Qualifications & Skills Years of Experience: 2 to 8 years Relevant Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred and considered a major advantage. Proven experience delivering Microsoft technology training in instructor-led, virtual, or enterprise environments. Strong hands-on expertise in Azure services, Microsoft 365 workloads, Power Platform, and enterprise Microsoft ecosystems. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured, and learner-friendly manner. Experience designing practical labs, demos, and real-world enterprise scenarios. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training engagements effectively.
