Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Social Media Specialist. The Social Media Specialist will manage the company's social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring interactions, and building meaningful connections with the audience. The role includes developing and implementing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with marketing goals. The specialist will stay updated on social media trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance the company’s online presence and community engagement.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive effective campaigns and increase engagement. Experience in Social Media Content Creation with a focus on creativity and relevance to the target audience. Strong Communication and Marketing skills for building relationships and conveying compelling messages. Analytical mindset and ability to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in a similar role within a training or educational organization is advantageous.
