Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in their property searches, providing expert advice on the real estate market, and supporting the buying or renting process. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and property values.
Qualifications Experience or strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate practices Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients Proven track record or capability in Sales, with the ability to meet targets Knowledge of the local Cairo real estate market is an advantage Strong organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus
