Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-net-worth individuals and potential investors, maintaining robust client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Proactively prospecting and qualifying leads within the real estate market. Presenting tailored investment opportunities in premium developments (including New Alamein and the North Coast). Negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals effectively. Collaborating with the marketing and consultancy teams to enhance client satisfaction. Analyzing local market trends to identify the most lucrative investment sectors for clients. Qualifications Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and building long-term client trust. Deep understanding of market analysis and strategic investment planning. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English). Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools. A documented track record of achieving and surpassing sales KPIs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Previous experience in the Egyptian real estate market or investment consultancy is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
