Role Description
ONLY FASHION RETAIL or HEALTH & BEAUTY experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. Join our creative team as a Graphic Designer, where your artistic talent will shape visually stunning designs across various projects.
**Responsibilities:**
BRANDING - SOCIAL MEDIA - BILLBOARDSENGLISH FLUENCY IS A MUST
- Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for diverse projects.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.- Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality designs.- Utilize industry-standard design software for both digital and print assets.- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.- Stay abreast of design trends and leverage innovative tools for cutting-edge visuals.- Review design drafts, providing constructive feedback and making necessary revisions.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.- Foster clear communication with team members to ensure a seamless design process.- Collaborate with clients, understanding their design preferences and project requirements.- Maintain an organized library of design assets and files for efficient workflow.- Adapt designs for different platforms and purposes, ensuring versatility.- Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions for creative initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong communication skills to convey ideas effectively.- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving skills.- Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
