Role Description Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and design standards. Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, conflicts, and missing information. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare quantity take-offs, material submittals, and technical reports required for project progress. Monitor project schedules and assist in planning to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Provide technical support during construction, including resolving design issues and proposing practical solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.5–8 years of experience in a technical office role within construction companies. Strong proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
