* 5–7 years experience in: * Building materials / construction / finishing industry* Strong network with: * Consultants, contractors, or developers* Background: * Engineering (Architecture / Civil preferred)* Strong skills: * Negotiation * Communication * Project sales* Experience in flooring or finishing materials is a BIG plus
