We are looking for an experienced *Odoo ERP Implementor* with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between internal departments and the technical support team, ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and continuous improvement across the organization. ???? *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and operate daily activities on Odoo ERP across modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, etc.)* Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and IT/Odoo support* Report, follow up, and resolve system issues and requests* Review and ensure data accuracy within the system* Support departments in proper system usage and provide ongoing assistance* Train new employees on Odoo based on departmental needs* Generate periodic reports and monitor key operational KPIs* Participate in system testing (UAT) and new releases* Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency* Document internal workflows and system procedures
???? *Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience using Odoo ERP within a company environment* Strong computer skills and ability to work with ERP systems* Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills* Excellent communication and training abilities* High attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to work collaboratively across departments
⭐ *Qualifications:** Experience in data import/export* Good knowledge of Excel and reporting* Basic understanding of Odoo configuration or customization
