Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who's equally at home architecting backend systems and building polished, production-ready frontend interfaces. You'll work across our core product, from the data pipelines powering our tender intelligence engine to the React/Next.js surfaces our clients use every day. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role. You'll work closely with our Head of Technology and squad leads across Data & Trust, Compliance, and Bid Intelligence. Your decisions ship fast and they matter.
What You'll Do
Design and build scalable backend APIs and microservices Develop and maintain frontend features with a strong eye for UX and performance Work with data models, query optimization, and aggregation pipelines Integrate AI-powered features; LLM pipelines, embeddings, and vector search into live product workflows Contribute to infrastructure and deployment on GCPCollaborate on RTL/Arabic-first UI implementation within a strict design token system Write clean, testable code and participate in cross-squad code reviews Debug and resolve production issues quickly, we move fast and care about stability Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of professional software development experience Strong Python proficiency, Django and Fast API are our core backend stack Solid Next.js / React experience with production deployments under your belt Strong MySQL experience, schema design, query optimization, migrations Comfort working in GCP environments Experience building and consuming RESTful APIsStrong debugging skills and an ownership mindset, you close what you open Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment
Strong Plus
Experience with LLMs, embedding pipelines, or AI-powered product features RTL/Arabic UI experience, bidirectional text, localization, Arabic typography Background in Gov Tech, procurement platforms, or enterprise Saa S in MENAArabic-language NLP or document processing pipeline experience Familiarity with product analytics tooling (Mixpanel, Post Hog, or similar)
