Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage and coach the sales team, set and achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams effectively Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in planning, sales strategy implementation, and performance tracking Customer relationship management skills and an ability to address client needs and concerns Experience in real estate or a related field is a significant advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a dynamic work environment
