Responsibilities:Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of mechanical and electrical systems across facility management sites. Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical distribution, lighting systems, medical gases, and other MEP services to ensure smooth daily operations and service continuity. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues for both mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure equipment efficiency, safety compliance, and service quality standards through daily on-site supervision and direct operational follow-up. Review MEP performance, troubleshoot system failures, and provide effective technical solutions to improve operations. Prepare maintenance reports, technical evaluations, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, healthcare regulations, and facility management standards across all assigned locations.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management operations with strong MEP exposure. Proven experience in managing both mechanical and electrical systems within FM projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems, medical gases, and MEP maintenance activities. Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or large-scale facility management projects is highly preferred. Good understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety regulations, and technical standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
