Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Markaz Qowesna for a Production Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the production line, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. Additionally, the role will involve process improvement, troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising production teams Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical production processes and adherence to GMP regulations Proficiency in troubleshooting, process improvement, and problem-solving within a production environment Familiarity with quality assurance, compliance procedures, and safety standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is highly desirable
