UA+ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Technical Engineer to lead BIM production and coordination across interior design and fit-out projects. This role is essential in delivering accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready models and drawings.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging design intent with execution, ensuring all outputs are aligned with project requirements, authority standards, and site conditions.

BIM Modeling & Documentation

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models (LOD 300–500)
• Prepare comprehensive shop drawing packages, including:
  • General arrangement layouts
  • Partition layouts
  • Reflected ceiling plans (RCP)
  • Flooring layouts
  • Detailed sections and joinery details
• Produce accurate as-built drawings based on site conditions
• Ensure all drawings are coordinated, buildable, and compliant with project standards

BIM Collaboration & Data Management

• Manage project models and documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Maintain structured folder systems and file naming conventions
• Ensure proper version control and publishing workflows
• Coordinate cloud-based collaboration between multiple disciplines
• Ensure teams are working on the latest approved models and drawings

Coordination & Clash Detection

• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural teams
• Identify, report, and resolve clashes with practical solutions
• Participate in and lead coordination meetings when required

Technical Detailing & Site Support

• Translate design concepts into detailed, construction-ready drawings
• Support site teams with technical clarifications and drawing updates
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and joinery teams
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material extraction from BIM models
• Respond to RFIs and site queries in a timely manner

Standards & Quality Control

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and families
• Review and validate drawings produced by junior team members
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and company standards
• Maintain consistency in documentation across all projects

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and support junior BIM drafters and modelers
• Provide training on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices
• Promote efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team
