Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automotive Sales Consultant, based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve maintaining relationships to ensure customer retention, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications Proficiency in Automotive Sales with a proven ability to understand and communicate product features and benefits Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention through high-quality service and follow-up Excellent Customer Service skills with strong interpersonal communication abilities Self-motivation, strong negotiation skills, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment Knowledge of the automotive industry and relevant market trends is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
