The Real Estate Associate will support clients in finding and securing properties, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include facilitating property sales, conducting property tours, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with developers to provide customized property solutions. The role also involves staying informed about real estate trends and market developments to ensure clients receive the best options and recommendations.
Qualifications Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development Strong skills in Customer Service and excellence in relationship management Experience or interest in Sales and negotiation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proactive approach, self-motivated, and eager to learn Bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
