• Supervise and manage all on-site fit-out activities (civil & architectural works).
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Handle site inspections and snagging processes.
• Follow up on material approvals and ensure proper usage on site.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material delivery.
• Support in project handover and close-out documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
