Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Content & Orchestration
Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers using Monday.com
Plan and execute organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Coordinate content production with internal creators and external partners
Write and edit captions, blog posts, and website content aligned with brand voice
Refine visuals and short-form videos using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut
Community Engagement
Engage daily with the brand s audience through comments, posts, and interactions
Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with clear, on-brand communication
Build relationships with followers, partners, and aligned brands
Creators & Affiliates
Manage day-to-day operations of creator programs, including schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments
Partner with agencies on UGC, influencer, and affiliate programs
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand voice and standards
Agency Oversight
Manage relationship with paid media agency
Provide briefs, review creative assets, and ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies
Track performance and provide feedback on paid social campaigns
Events
Maintain and manage event calendar, identifying relevant opportunities
Coordinate with event partners and oversee execution logistics
Develop event briefs outlining goals, messaging, and content requirements
Strategy & Analytics
Align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals
Analyze performance data to generate insights and optimize strategies
Stay updated on emerging social and design trends
