Platoon Designs Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality designs from concept to construction. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on residential and mixed-use projects.

You will be integral to our design process, responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality designs and visual content that effectively communicates our architectural concepts. This dynamic role requires a blend of design sensibility, technical expertise, and strong collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs aligned with project requirements.
• Produce full architectural packages including plans, sections, elevations, details, and shop drawings.
• Prepare architectural, interior design and landscape designs.
• Prepare 3D models, high reality visualizations, and presentation boards for clients.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes, safety standards, and authority regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and propose creative, functional solutions.
• Create high-reality architectural visualizations, including still images and animated walkthroughs, primarily using Lumion and other relevant software.
• Integrate visualization workflows seamlessly within project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization, video production, and rendering software.
