- Organize and manage all incoming mail, calls, and correspondence, ensuring proper tracking and timely responses.
- Screen phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Record minutes of meetings, ensure they are documented for every meeting, circulate them to concerned parties, and follow up on action items and implementation.
- Follow up on the gold production cycle by coordinating with production supervisors to ensure each stage is completed and smoothly progresses to the next phase.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents required by the Head of Department.
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments when required.
