We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead a high-performing intern-based TA team focused on mass hiring. The ideal candidate has strong experience in outsourcing, high-volume Hiring, and hands-on team building, with the ability to design scalable hiring processes and deliver results under pressure. This role is both strategic and operational — you will lead from the front, not from behind a desk. Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mass hiring projects Hire, train, and manage a team Design and implement scalable mass-hiring strategies Set clear KPIs, daily targets, and performance metrics for the team Oversee sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campuses, etc.) Ensure high-quality screening, shortlisting, and candidate experience Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align hiring needs Improve recruitment efficiency, and turnaround time Provide coaching, feedback, and continuous development to interns Prepare regular hiring reports and dashboards for management Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Strong background in mass hiring and/or outsourcing environments is preferred Proven experience in building and leading recruitment teams Hands-on operational experience (not purely managerial)
Skill & Requirements Very strong command of English (spoken & written) – must-have Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
