• Review and evaluate client modification requests (design and finishing changes)
• Ensure all client modifications comply with project specifications, codes, and company standards
• Prepare and update drawings based on approved client changes
• Coordinate with technical office, site engineers, and other disciplines (MEP & structural)
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance
• Issue and track modification approvals and documentation
• Ensure modifications are properly implemented on site
• Identify and resolve any technical conflicts resulting from client changes
• Maintain records of all client modifications and approvals
• Support project team in minimizing delays caused by design changes
